Im Larry Babb and im so glad I found this snake web site .I am glad to see so many snake lovers too many people hate them I want to spread the word they serve a purpose in our lives more people have died from rat diseases than snake bites!

Welcome and I'm in your same possition, my best friend is deathly afraid of snakes, and for 2 reason... There posionous, and they bite. I try to tell her that there are a lot of snakes that are not posionous and they don't bite(normaly

) but she just doesn't listen and now she won't come over to my house anymore and it's been really annoying, to many people hate snakes just because you can die from them.... well people die from lightning to but people still go out in a lightning storm!

There are a lot more snakes that are not venomous than snakes that are.

Florida has MANY nonvenomous species of snakes.

Hopefully your friend will understand this one day.

hang on in there with your friend.my wife could'nt look at a snake far less touch one.now she wants her own garter projects after helping me administer medication to my carpets over the years.she's now very knowledgable and i run most things by her before i do whatevers required with my collection of morelia.
