Hello from Mn.

Hi everyone, I am a new member, and also relatively new to pet snakes. I got my first Ball Python Last December, and now I have 2 Ball Pythons, 2 Corn Snakes, and a yearling Boa. I think that is my cut off point. I am not a breeder, or a weird hoarder, I do think they make great pets, with their own distinct personalities.

Hello and welcome. Some nice looking snakes you got. Starting off with pics. Really good move. You'll fit in here just fine.

Thanks, he actually looks better now, he was a tad under fed when I first got him, (eating 2 fuzzies a week, same as my corns who are about 1/3 his size) And he just shed, and a perfect shed always makes me happy, though I have yet to experience a poor one.

Hello, and Thank you,I have one more picture that I forgot to add, they are all basically normal, and easy to come by snakes, with little or no interest to breeders or collectors, but they are special to me, and they are family so I think I'll keep them around.

Even I had to talk my wife into the Boa. When I got him home, she fell in love with him immediately. As for my mom who lives about 1200 miles from me, I had to tell her that none of my snakes were poisonous.

Re: Hello from Mn.

When my mom found out I was keeping snakes, her first question was "They're not poisonous are they?!?" I said "I"m not stupid am I?!?"

Re: Hello from Mn.

When i got ill last week the first thing the mother in law said was that i must be allergic to the snakes - funny how this "parent opinion" seems to be global!!!
