Question BP wont eat.. but shed?

Okay I know bps not eating for a while isn't a really big thing, but mine has went roughly two months... or month and a half without eating. Last feeding it took a medium rat fine. I went to feed it the next week and she didn't eat, I didn't think anything of it. I also tried a f/t rat but didn't take that either I just figured she was not hungery. Well I've tried three or four times sice then every week or ten days and she still won't eat. The weird thing to me is she has shed once and is currently in shed now. I'm not too worried but just confused I suppose. BTW I don't have a scale, but I would estimate her to be around 600-700 grams? Honestly have no idea, she may be up to 1000gs too. What you all think?

well i'd say as long as shes not losing weight shes okay, if she becomes emaciated or looks skinny and sluggish etc. then i would be worried, until then i think you're fine lol

Re: BP wont eat.. but shed?

Balls are known for going month with out eating. I heard of a adult going 14 month without eating then ate every week after that. Like Sean said i would really worry to for now. Just keep a close eye on it. You could wait and just try once every coulpe weeks. My bredli carpet wouldn't eat for the first 8 weeks i had it. After 5 weeks of trying i skip 3 weeks. Next time i tried he ate 3 mice fuzzies. Now he never misses a meal. Best of luck!
