Missing ball python!

I went to check on my bp today. I hadn't seen him out and about in a couple of days. I checked his cold side hide. No snake. I checked his middle hide. No snake. I checked his hot side hide.... no snake.

I started to panic a little, how on earth could he get out? The cage is securely latched, and all of the gaps are filled with silicone or ab foam.

Then I noticed his ceramic bird house hide was a little heavy.

Hmm, no snake here.

Wait a minute, what's that?

Re: Missing ball python!

lol one time my BRB felt the need to attach himself to the top of my door frame and chilled there for a couple minutes, shoulda snapped some pics of that but i was worried he'd fall and hurt himself, to be honest i dont know how exactly he got there, but either way he seemed pretty happy with himself when he finally climbed back down onto my arm lol. funny some of the places they hide eh?

Bet when you looked the first time it was hidden up top. My bredli did that to me once. I was freak out big time looking all over. Then he comes crawling out of the top of his hide. It had a small lip on the inside. He was wedge up on.
