Police invade warehouse with reptiles.

Huge anacondas, alligators among reptiles found in Milwaukee home, building

It is people like this that will bring down the reptile trade and put the cards in USFWS hands. The article also uses scare tactics saying the anacondas mentioned in the article ranged from 20-30 feet long. To my knowledge greens only grow to 20 feet, TOPS, and yellows are even smaller. I could be wrong but I don't believe so.

Yeah there`s never been a proven case of a thirty foot snake, some get close mind you. Scare stories just annoy the hell out of me, as do stupid films with sixty foot snakes that roar like lions....

I think they just propogate the scare mongering, even if they aren`t meant to be taken seriously. I just don`t like seeing snakes demonised in any way, I see it as a very very negative thing...

I agree but I'm torn as I love horrible B movies. I don't know. I'm more offended when the media grossly exaggerates and/or flat out lies about the facts.

Politicians are not interested in the truth. Only what gets them elected. Special interest groups know this. Then they use the media to indoctrinate and frighten the public. Then some scum bag politician uses this as a soapbox to get elected. One question though, once they pass these laws, where are the funds going to come from to pay for the enforcement? haha. Pass what you want I am keeping all my snakes.
