I tried sandpaper...
but it didn't work.
Any suggestions?
Perfectly good albino wrecked with some dirty gross smudges!
I found these little ones in my final clutch of the season. Pictured are the two female albinos from the clutch.
Sure wish I could clean that stuff up...
...bleach maybe...

Nah, just give her to me. I'll take her off your hands so you can be rid of the ugliness.

Throw that thing in the dishwasher, dude. Cascade makes balls sparkle and shine.
Sweet paradox

Re: I tried sandpaper...
Thanks guys.
Just to give you some back story on the paradox genetics;
It seems so far that the paradox anomoly has shown itself more readily with the more ball pythons that are being produced, but I think that none are as WOW as the albino paradox. The black patterning is very visible on a white and yellow snake, making it the most attractive (in my opinion) of all paradox crosses. The paradox, similar to the classic jungle morph (not to be confused with the pastel jungle which is co-dominant) is a genetic anomoly and is not genetically reproduceable; it just "pops up" in clutches from time to time. From the best of my research into this, there are less than a dozen paradox albino ball pythons known in existence and though they are financially "worth" no more than a "regular" albino, having one of maybe 12 in the world is priceless to me.

Re: I tried sandpaper...
It really is very cool! Nothing wrong with having a super rare anomoly hanging around.

Re: I tried sandpaper...
Congrats Mykee! That sure is a beauty- I too think the paradox albino has got to be one of the most beautiful morphs! Best of luck with that gorgeous girl.

Re: I tried sandpaper...
Same price as a normal ablino (genetically), but good luck getting one of the dozen or so breeders in the world who own one...
If I had to put a price on her, it would be in the 5 figures.

Re: I tried sandpaper...
I can imagine. They are incredible! I saw one at the Havre de Grace, MD reptile show a few months back but it wasn't for sale. I asked the breeder about it and he said he would not part with it. I really really want one though....so I guess I'll have to start breeding albinos

Re: I tried sandpaper...
Kimberly; I'm thinking the odds are fairly stacked out of your favour. Mind you, I've probably only produced 75 or so albinos in the last 7 years and out popped one in my last clutch of the year, so there's always a chance. I did also produced a classic jungle from a spider to bee clutch a few years back so all my good luck has been used up for a loooong time.
