guyana rainbow boa

i have always had pythons but i saw a guyana rainbow boa and had to have him. now its been two weeks since i got him and he still wont eat. he is about 2 feet lng and i dont know what the deal is because i never had a problem with my pythons eatin . if you can give ant suggestions please let me know.

Give him time, he needs to settle in. My baby boa didn't eat for almost 3 weeks when I first got him. Double check your temp gradients from hot to cold side, make sure he has at least one hide, although 2 is better. And are you handling him? Cuz you shouldn't handle a new snake until they have settled in and started eating regularly.

Don't worry too much about his not eating yet, it can take a bit of time, and they can go a long time without eating, it doesn't mean he's starving. I wouldn't be too concerned at this point, but I understand your concern.
