Sounds like blister disease potentially due to conditions being too wet or too dirty.
Where are these "marks" located on the snakes? On their bellies?
Hope you have a LOT of large Boid experience already as well as you WILL have your hands FULL with Rock Pythons.
They are some of the largest MOST agressive Boids afterall.
Hope you are prepared for what you are in for as they won;t be in rubbermaids for very long & will need some huge enclosures sooner than later, Mark
