Tegu regurged

I have a just over 2foot tegu not sure of her age I have had her over a year though and she was small when I got her. I have fed her mostly crickets with a mouse once a week and was told to give her liver some times as well as eggs. well 16 days ago I fed her a mouse the next day I dropped 4 dozen crickets in with her. 6 days ago I gave her one egg scrambled( she has had these before) and 2 days a go I gave her 4 small pieces of liver for only the second time ever cut even smaller( I mean like the smallest package of liver you can buy chopped into a third then that chopped up) well today like every day she was chilling on top of her hanging florecent light then just hopped down and regurged on her platform (it looked like nothing but liver) then she walked over got a big drink of water climbed back on her light and went back to sleep like nothing happened, that was probly 10 minutes ago now and still she is acting normal and alert but not concerned at all. Did I over feed her? Or is there something else I am missing? She has a basking spot that stays at around 94-96 the tank itself stays at around 86-88. thats her tank below its huge and half the top is covered with plexiglass to help with humidity.
