Hello from Vancouver, everyone!

Just a newbie introducing herself.

I've been researching snakes for awhile, and stumbled upon this site today.

It doesn't look like corn snakes are terribly popular with the old school snake owner (at least, from what a rookie can tell) but I'm looking for a bit of info on how to obtain one, preferably very young, here in Vancouver.

Does anyone here have any advice for me?
I'd be very thankful!

Regards.
KZ.

Re: Hello from Vancouver, everyone!

Welcome! Glad to have you join us! Actually, I think you'll find that corns are very popular, and there are many wonderful color and pattern morphs. It's good that you're asking about where to find one rather than just running to a pet store and ending up with problems, which has happened to a lot of people. I'll bet there are breeders somewhere not too far from you. Also watch out for herp shows near you--this summer will be a good time for them. Check out this website for more info about events in your area:

Good luck!
