Re: CK Feeding response pics
I like the pics of the one of what looks to be trying to eat some sort of roll. Rather interesting.
I once saw some baby water pythons housed together and they were so aggressive, even the slightest motion outside their enclosure would get them all upset and have them striking. One time, one struck and hit a cagemate. It continued to eat it's cagemate, which was the same size as it!

Re: CK Feeding response pics
Yes. It's a vivid memory for me. It was in a pet store. I do recall the snake regurging his cagemate, and most likely it's clutch mate. I also seem to recall someone trying a little CPR on the poor swallowed snake.
But yes, I concur, that's why we always say to keep ALL specimens seperate. Anything can happen.

Re: CK Feeding response pics
When I first had Corns I ha 5 babies in a tank until the one grabbed another by the head & started eating it. They all got individual tubs right after I prevented the "meal" from taking place, but hey its OK to keep Corns together right? LOL Mark

Re: CK Feeding response pics
It's ok to keep everything together man! We should keep our balls with our carpet pythons. You know because carpets are in the 'trees' and the balls stay on the ground!
Same with keeping green tree pythons with cornsnakes. Corns don't climb and are only out during the day so when the green tree is active at night, they won't disturb one another!

Re: CK Feeding response pics
One would hope that those would get connected . . .
I'll stop teasing you (and unknown newbies) now! Those pics alone should do the trick, I would think.
Now I'm beginning to wonder how the darn things ever mate!
