Found Snake

I found this snake at work, i live in the GTa well kinda more east but here is 2 pictures if somebody could tell me what breed it is, it would be appreciated, please email me if you could at foxbody5l@hotmail.com Thank you and here are the pictures.

It is an Eastern Milksnake. You should probably put him back where you found him.

2nd the above post. They are native to there & also a protected species I think. Best bet is to release it in a suitable spot as close to possible where it was found. Mark

I've been beaten to the punch. It's an Eastern milksnake, a young one at that.

Mark, for your information as well as the above poster, it's currently illegal to keep any native reptile to Ontario without some sort of permit. The only ones I know of that are obtainable are for educational purposes. Possibly for conservation purposes as well. I'm not too clear on how to get past the restrictions but I do know it's there, unless it's been changed.

very pretty eastern milk one of my favorites but it is protected in Ontario like mark and aaron said
