When you make a humidity box

When you make a humidity box do you have to use a plastic container? Just wondering because i use a little rock cave for a humdity box for my snake.

I use a PVC hide works well for me, are you using some sort off moss in your hide, works well to get the humidity up?

Re: When you make a humidity box

It is usually besy to use something that won't rot when putting together a humidity box, rock, or plastic would work fine.

I see you are already on the right track with the moss.

Re: When you make a humidity box

You shouldn't really need the "shed aid" misting down the enclosure with water once or twice a day would most likely fix your snakes shedding issues.
