if his eyes cleared up today, he should shed within the next couple days. and just be careful that he doesnt develop water blisters from being in the water too much.

ive only seen them a couple times in pictures and that was a while ago. im sure you could do a google search and find some info on them. snakes usually only get water blisters when they sit in their water for hours and hours (or maybe even longer). i dont know how often yours sits in its water. but they are visible and i cant see anything abnormal on your boa from the pics. i was just pointing them out because you said he loves to sit in his water. i wouldnt get concerned but rather just be aware that its a possibility.

Your Red Tail should shed with in the next 3 to 5 days. The only species I have had get water blisters was a Ball. An he wouldnt stay out of his water for more then two hours a day. I have yet to have a boa get water blisters and I have some females who loved there water! The onlything I would make sure I do is make sure you wash your hands after touching either animal before you go to take out or do anything with the cage of the other one. An look forward to your Ret Tail getting big, with in a year you might not even know it was the same snake!
