Sleeping problems

Ive been noticing that more and more, my 3 Beardies seem to skip sleeping. Went downstairs just now (3am-ish) and they were still sitting there all responsive.

Is it just a temperature thing? Its been getting hotter here recently, and i noticed they were squishing themselves into niches which werent getting as much heat.

I was thinking of turning the temperature in their tanks down, but not sure how much would be a good idea.

Any help would be appreciated.
