Unhappy What happened?

This morning my 2 month old crested gecko regurgitated two crickets he ate 3 days ago then went almost completely limp. He continued gagging, but there was nothing in his mouth or throat. Within minutes he was hardly breathing and died in an hour.

The crickets were from a pet store that I have often bought from and I gut loaded them with the veggies and cereals that I normally do. My other geckos that are eating the same crickets are fine. Has anyone ever seen this happen before? Any ideas of what could have caused it? He was getting calcium and vitamins as well as 3-4 times daily water spraying, so I do not see anything other than the food causing the problem. Pretty sad to see the little guy go though that...
