Todays finds. Pingtung.

Couple pictures of todays finds.

I think this is a Hemidactylus stejnegeri, im bad on my "little look alike geckos". it only has 3 feet, suprisingly mobile little guy considering.....

Frankenfrog! One nasty mother of a bull frog. it was in a ditch next to a frog farm.

more to come as time goes on. not a whole lot out right now, winter and all.

I knew the Arnold reference would come out sooner or later. :P

It tis a fat frog. Or at least the legs look like they are retaining some fluid. But the head looks fine, and the rest... well I'd put money on a big hunchback tumor. The skin texture and apperence and all just makes me sick. And I usually find these things cute. I'd be tempted to find it again and take it for a ride to the vet. Then again, it apparently is alive in the wild, so something is going right for it.

it was in the wild (the ditch). nasty thing is there were 2 dead ones rottign away beside it....ewwww! frankenfrog aint so friendly. :medtoothy :medpirate

If there were two more dead frogs then my bet would be the frog farms had just had a cleanout of the ****** frogs.
