bci making strange noises
hi
i was wondering if anybody could shed some light into why my boa wold be making loud grunting noises. twice i have woken up to loud grunting (kinda like a roaring) sound and turned on the light only to see her with her mouth wide open and her body contracting each time i heard the noise.i still almost couldnt belive it was her until the noise changed into a couple of loud hisses. after that she closed her mouth and was back to normal. ive had this snake for over a year and never heard anything like this. she shows no other signs of problems,eats and sheds normally,and her temps and setup are well maintained.im very concerned and a bit scared. thanks in advance for your input.
