monkey skink question

ive had 4 monkey skinks for about 2 or so years now,last year i found 2 orange blobs in there enclosure and figured they were infertile yolks.
This year i found one just today and i am wondering if theres anything i can do to encourage them to breed?
I boosted the humidity a few weeks ago hoping to encourage them and all i got was an orange blob.
they are supposed to be 1.3 but im thinkin they are 2.2
