Well we finaly did it...

We bought some live mice to breed. Today we picked up 3 female mice to breed (the store was out of males). You're probably wondering how we're going to breed 3 female mice, well 2 of them are pregnant already and we expect to get a male in the next few weeks.

Just one thing to remember, you cannot add a male to the colony if their are any babies. All mommies need be single to avoid small disasters Good luck with your breeding endevour......

Thanks for the advice, we've got 2 cages right now, all the females are in one cage and the other cage is empty. The plan is to have the mothers birthing in one cage and the male in the other cage. Not too worried about the babies growing cause we have 5 snakes that are eating pinks now.
