I've seen a lot of turtles being brought in to be checked by the vets at The Links Road Animal Clinic, as far as the owners of the turtles tell me, the vets there are very knowledgeable about them.
Tel: (416) 223-1165
Website: www.thelinksroadanimalclinic.com
Location: York Mills / Yonge St.
Best of luck,
-Sam

the best retile vet that i have ever went to is at Markham and Eglinton. The vet name is Dr Luck(something) i can not remember his name now, i have not been there for awhile.lol anyways he is a great vet and he knows what he is saying and doing. he is on the list as 1 of the best in canada and has saved many retiles and snakes, some of mine and others of people i know so i would strongly recommend him. anyways i hope this helps and good luck.

Markus Luckwaldt. He is the regular vet for my geckos. He will tell you exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it, as he does it. He is actually more of a bird vet than a herp vet so keep that in mind.
I like that he isn't condescending when he discusses your pet with you. I didn't get the same experience at the other vet, but I have only been there once.
The waiting room isn't packed to the chin, either.

Not a problem. Good to hear that everything is going smoothly with your turtle
Spidergecko, do you have the contact info for the vet office on markham and Eglinton, i'm always interested in checking vets out to see which ones are knowledgeable in this area.
Thanks,
-Sam

He is an exotic vet, I have been going there for years, but have not had any reason to go there lately( that why i forgot the name). You are right about the way he treats people and animals, he has a way about him. I have no complaints about him at all and woud recommand him to anyone. He deals with all animals but is a exotic vet not a bird vet. He has look after and my snakes, reptiles, dogs and cats.
