Need Help From Photo Shoppers

i need some help.. im computer illirate ( and in english, sorry about spelling) and i need this picture blown up to about 6" wide.. ive been trying for like an hour but i cant get it.. it blurs out way to much,....

any help is great

Nice pic but it won' t get any bigger without going blurry, unless you have a larger size that is about as good as it gets.

thank you... ive gotten it upsized a little bit... ill sharpen it up by hand.. thank you
