Relax

Holy crap. Calm down people, it's not like i'm force feeding the snake. He doesn't want the egg so he didn't eat it! You guys are all getting so hyped up for no reason. The damage is done, it's too late now. NO damage that is. Gave my bp a mouse and he's as healthy as can be. END of story.

um i highly doubt that your snake will eat eggs. bp dont eat eggs in the wild. there are species of colubrids that eat eggs though. but that is a completely different species. if it does eat i want to see pivs though

Good idea, but I think you should scramble it up with some bacon and mushrooms first. Paprika and salt too, balls LOVE seasonings...

How about a nice Western Omlette? Or maybe some eggs benny?

Too funny.... "Snakes eat eggs in the wild". Yeah? Which ones? I can think of ONE, and its name is the African Egg Eating Snake!

BP's DON'T EAT EGGS!

If you ask just for fun is fine. I have tried to fool our mother nature by feed my first baby corn with geckos. It didn't work out and the baby corn was scared. It took me for more than four months to get her back to eat pinkie. At least eggs won't jump to scare your snake.

You think you're so smart, the African egg eating snake is the only snake which feeds EXCLUSIVELY on eggs. There are plenty of snakes that eat eggs dumbass!.. You may be correct however that ball pythons don't eat them, mine looked at the egg and licked it for a while and was unsure about it, so i just gave him a mouse. Lick my butt Jeff.

Thanx, Adam

Name some snakes that eat eggs besides the African egg eating snake.

I also might add that African Egg eating snakes regurge the shell. They're designed for this, because the shell can't be digested. So it's not a matter of "You think you're so smart". You would probably harm your animal. I'm happy you fed it a rodent.

I wish it would of tried to eat it to teach you a lesson. Because either A) it would of constricted the egg, thereby crushing the shell and making a frigging mess, or B) it would of got it down and then got sick and you'd have a hell of a vet bill.

Feeding a ball an egg... what's next?
