First off, what species? That would be a definite help to anyone who even considers answering.

If you want ALL that info, it suggests you don't have a good book for reference. What you're asking is enough info to fill a few chapters, way more than most of us are willing to post. I'd suggest you get some good books that cover breeding the species you're interested in. We can fill in any missing info, clarify points you don't understand and give helpful hints and tips.

after reading my post I have found that it sounds a bit demanding and I am not sure why so let me restart:

first of I would like to apologize to you DragnDrop because from your responce i can see that my abruptness had offended you

i am interested in starting my ball pythons and I have looked at care sheets and read books looking for info (which I have found a lot) but I also want some input from you guys seeing that most of you all have a lot of experience

So if you would please give me some tips I would appreciate it

As many others will say, and I will mention also, there's a video out there called "ball python breeding" available at http://www.drseward.com. It is the best investment you will make. It explains everything (which can not be done on a board forum)

Also, Mark Mandic has a few tips on his site www.ballpython.ca, just look under "breeding" section.

For your questions:
2 males 1 female: no, 1 male for every 5-6 females is fine.
bedding: aspen (only if feeding dry FK or live), paper towels or white towels is fine.
time lines: cooling starts October-november.
temps: IF you get eggs, they should be incubated at 88-91 F
feeding babies: they will not eat before their first shed, which is usually 10 days after hatching.

Good luck!

I realize that Justin is about an hour up on me here, but I second everything he mentioned. I own the "Ball Python Breeding Manual" by Dan & Colette Sutherland feat. Dr. Mark Seward, purchased at www.ballpython.com, and if has been the single most valuable ball python related investement. A definite must if you want to breed ball pythons. I HIGHLY recommend it.
