As they are mostly aquatic I doubt they require either, I would go with a general aquarium fish tank heater.

they don't require any heat or lights, they do fine at room temp, and can survive in a wide range of temps, both colder and hotter. these are extremely hardy frogs.

don't put any fish in with them. You'd be amazed at what they can fit into their mouths. The dwarf ones aren't as bad but they can still eat your smaller fish.

if you want to raise the eggs, separate them from the parents immediately, cuz they will eat them.
