Uh huh, she's a female Jacksons. A male of that size would have a full grown set of horns by now. Judging by the size of her and the dark mottling, she could be gravid. Stress can also cause them to get that colouration. If she's always like that, basking a lot more than normal and you know she's not in a stressful situation, I'd say she's gravid.
