anything to see in new jersey?

i live in northern new jersey :monkey: are there any good herps in this area i can check out?
i went down southern new jersey at a camp site that had like this salt water swampy lagoon looking area and i got to see one big snake,it had thick black & thin red bands,looked like a cal.king but with red.

if anyone knows of an area in northern n.j please let me know.
