This is a pic of my LTC adult male Pine Woods Snake envenomating an adult green anole. Pretty awesome thing to watch. I'm about to convert him over to tree frog scented pinky mice.
Yeah, it is. Actually, when the venom started affecting the anole, the anole kind of just slid off. Mouth still open, eyes still open, just kind of fell off the snake. The anole actually turned a blackish color because of the venom.
Really making progress with the small snakes. I'm hoping I'll be the first to breed the species in captivity once I can locate an adult female. They seem to be rare.
