iguana, PVC mesh cage?

On the iguana den website it was talking about the "sun cage " with PVC piping? Has anyone built one? If so how did you go about it?

How would you build a wood cage that is heat resitant? How big would it have to be? How would you heat it? How big would it have to be?

So if you could help me out with this stuff it would be great!
