Question Cooling ?

When I start cooling, do I just turn down my heat tape or is there more to it then that?

Are we talking about anything in particular or are we supposed to guess? This could be fun!

Ball Pythons don't get cooled. They get cycled. Sometimes not even that. Its usually only colubrids, Diamonds, certain lizards, that get cooled.

Thanks Jeff what's the difference between cycling and cooling? I didn't mean cooling as in brumation, just as lower temperatures than normal. Isn't that what I'm supposed to do?

7-10 degrees cooler at night with no hotspot. Day time stays the same.

If you are looking cycle and breed them this year, well forget it, that time has passed. You now have to work with them until January. Getting them nice and fat and cycled.
