Panther Gecko!!!

Hey everyone, just thought I would post this on the leopard gecko forum because they are very similar. I just got a Panther Gecko about an hour ago!!! I bought him from a nearby pet store that had one available for $60. He/she is SOOOOOOO cute!
Unfortunatly I have no pics because my camera dosn't work. He/she is just getting used to its new home now. Does anyone know how long they live (is it 10 or 30 years?) If anyone has any useful info on these guys please tell me. I think I might start a small colony of them but for now I am just going to enjoy caring for the little one I have.

Thank You

Hi Crested,
Try getting in touch with these guys www.dinoreptiles.com. They're a local breeder who breeds panthers. Who knows, maybe they sold that little guy to the petshop. Norm & Diane are very knowledgable people and I'm sure they'll have the answers to your questions. Let me know how things work out.
Take care,

Hey, thank a million. I couldn't seem to find any breeders of these guys around because I might want to get another one and breed them later on. Once again thank a lot!

I have a female, and i used to have a male to go with her.

If you do start a colony, keep an eye on your females. They will breed over and over and over again. It becomes very taxing on the female.

They require higher humidity then leo's aswell.

Do you have a male or female? My female is for sale. Email me if you are interested.

Geoff
