Calgary, Alberta Herping
Hey everyone I can't wait to get out herping this year and I was wondering where everyone in the Calgary, Alberta area goes to get their fill. I know that it is much too cold for them to be coming out yet but I want to be prepared, lol. I live in Okotoks and if you know any areas near there, or in Calgary, I would love to know about them.
Thanks
Josh

Anywhere in S.E. Alberta is good Herp terrain. Areas such as Drumheller & Medicine Hat are good. Any of the AB recreational areas in the S.E. corner are good too, such as Writing On Stone etc. Mark
P.s. areas around the Sheep & Highwood Rivers should be good for garters etc too. They are just South of Calgary & the Sheep runs thru Okotoks.
