I'm sorry that you lost your chameleon at such a young age. Its hard to watch a pet die before your eyes when you don't know why.
I can't tell you why she died but I would suggest that if you are going to get another one, you check your husbandry...just to make sure that it wasn't part of the cause. If you post the details to this forum, I'm sure that you will get lots of feedback concerning whether its good or not.
An autopsy would likely give you some idea of why she died.
Again...I'm sorry for your loss.

If she passed a whole worm undigested, chances are your temperatures were incorrect. What was your husbandry like? Enclosure size? Misting? Supplementation? Temperatures?

Sorry for your loss, a weird color on her side would indicate to me some thing was wrong only way to find out is by doing a necropsie, its possible that someting ruptured inside Id review your husbandry to rule out any causes and would have done a necropsie somethimes things happen taht can not be avoided.
im sorry always sucks to loose a pet.

she was in a 20 gal screen cage with a life hibiscus and few branches. I misted her 3 times a day and she is able to drink from dripper and water cup, i dust her cirx every other day. Over all temp in the cage is about 80Fday/70 night. her basking area is around 95. She was digesting well until couple days before she passed away.

Sounds like your husbandry was ok, i would only dust once or two times a week at that age, sounds liek something went wrong internally I dont know what it could have been.
