Egg Hatched!!

OMG its a total fluke
i really doubted this egg would hatch and i looked today and i see a lil head poking outta the egg
my first leopard gecko baby!
what do i do?? lol
i mean i have things set up but how long does it take to come out the egg and should i just leave it in there for a while??
it breathing and all but seems to be relaxing, i hope its ok
took 47 days for it to hatch and its soooo tiny
any help/advice would really be apprecitated

i took some pics with my webcam they didnt turn out great but u get the idea =)
