Breeding Cali-King with Corn

I am wondering if anyone can give me some info. I guess what i am wondering is if the cali will be aggressive towards the corn. I know they produce what are know as jungle corns but i wonder how easy it is to breed them.
Any help or info would be appreciated
Thanks, ..Dave

Not easy at all. Most likely the CK will try to eat the Corn right away has been my experience irreguardless of sexes of what was used. Check out my thread on Nasty Boys. That was a male that was just trying to mate doing that. I'm lucky because I am working with a good size group of adult JCs & have others on the go. Making them from scratch ain't so easy. Usually the best bet is to have both a pair of CKs & a pair of Corns. Introduce the males to the females of their species. Wait for everyone to get all horny & swap the desired male (a big male corn I'd suggest) in with the desired female (a smaller female CK I'd suggest) & then see if she is still receptive if the Corn is still eager or if she just goes right for his throat & coils him. It is so weird that they can go from super horny to kill in just a few quick seconds once swapped in with a Corn. Be ready to seperate them immediately if required & be prepared to be tagged by the King. The first thing the king will bite once you make it let go of the other snake is usually you & the other snake will be freaking out as you are trying to pry the king off of it of course too. I'm glad I had some JCs to begin with because "making" them ain't so easy : ) Or if you are really lucky they will just do it repeatedly but thats not too likely Mark
