scorp help

i am look for a really cool scorpion to get. i don't know what to choose from though. i also want a big one. i have looked at emperors, flat rocks, and bark scorpions. any pics and advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

*i also want something that can't kill me, and gets around 4-5 in. AT LEAST*

It really all depends on what you're looking for from a scorpion. If you want something large and impresive looking, then go with a emperor. If you want something interesting but a lot more aggressive then I'd say get a desert hairy. You also have to consider humidity issues since emperors require a very moist tropical enviroment, and for desert hairies, you need to have the proper mixture of bentonite in your sand to provide a stable burrow. Either of these scorpions are good for a starter scorp. But my personal favourite is the desert hairy. Very active, an aggressive feeder, and you can really observe a lot of their natural behaviour.

it all depends if your smart or not you have to know all about the species you buy and how there venome effects you. but i do have some suggestions for you. if you wont a large scorpion get a asian forest scorpion and a dessert hairy. il could send you some of my scorpion pics if you have a e.m
