My female has that to I was told that it is fat deposits. they could have been wrong though. If that is not what they are please let me know.

0.2 malaysian bloods, 1.0 pastel ball pthon, 1.1 het albino ball python, 0.2 66% het albino ball python, 0.6 50% het albino ball python, 0.12 normal ball pythons, 1.0 normal ball pythons, 1.0 rainwater albino leopard gecko, 0.1 reg leopard geckos.

Thats all for now, will have more soon (Hopefully)

Yes, they are small deposits of fat. Sure look like air though, and they even feel like air. I think genetics have a factor here as well, since i have one not so fat leo with similar pockets...
