Humidity?

Are Hovabator incubators good with keeping the high humidity levels for Blood Pythons eggs?

Hovabators aren't really good for anything aside from maybe gecko eggs. They have been known to crap out often, they are unreliable, and too small for most species. If you're really serious about hatching out your blood eggs, I would suggest doing a search on this site, there are some great threads on inexpensive, reliable, homemade incubators.
