Question Pseudoxenodon macrops

I haven't been able to find much info on these interesting snakes. Can anyone provide a good link or any info about it? How common are they in the pet trade?

Hi Dirty!

Pseudoxenodon sp. are snakes from mountainous areas, mainly frog feeders, rare and very uncommon in the pet trade. It seems that you're more likely to find P. bambusicola than P. macrops They show up from time to time the classified ads e.g. on kingsnake.com

There's one thread on this forum on P. bambusicola
http://www.ssnakess.com/forums/showt...=pseudoxenodon

Another link about all the species, the EMBL Reptile Database
http://srs.embl-heidelberg.de:8000/s...udoxenodon*%5D

a breeder in Hongkong
www.probreeder.com

And that's it so far; find some short info on google, but a caresheet or something similar doesn't exist, as far a I know.

Prices are around 500 Dollar/Euro.

greets,
gurkee
