my first corn pics tommorow quick question

i have my cage temps right my corn is about 12" i have about a shoebox size enclosure (rubbermaid type container) , i have daytime temp of 85 and nighttime of 77. is it ok (she has a hidebox) to have a red (infared reptile light) on 24 hours? thanks alot and check back tommorow i'll have some pics, i got her from a very experienced breeder.
