Price Check on AC Heated Cargo...

Just wondering if anyone knows the approximate price to ship a pair of adult Savannahs to Alberta from London, Ontario? I checked the website and it says to call for quote, unfortanely they're only open while I'm working.
Thanks In advance.
Hump.

Country:
I'm guessing at least $200. A small box say 1 ft cubed less than 10 pounds is around $100-120 so a crate big enough to hold them or 2 crates would be between $200-$300 I would think? Remember price is based as much even moreso on dimensions as it is weight. 1-800-387-4865 should be able to help you more (Air Canada Cargo T.O.) Mark
P.S. whos getting the lizards?
P.P.S. AC cargo Calgary (403)221-2614 or AC cargo Vancouver (403)221-2600 (yes its Vancouver even though its a Calgary local #) any office should be able to give a quote based on dimensions & weight

Yeah, my small boxes (17x17x10) cost $120-130 with $5K insurance from BC to Pearson, so a box that's big enough to house two adult Savs would be huge! I agree with Mark, at least $200.

Cool thanks Jimbo, but from what I can make out it says 1 live snake 2 kg. No offence, but a couple adult savannahs weigh a heck of alot more than that. Like i said before it goes by size and weight. So I'm guessing the $200-$300 would be about right if yours was $120. Thanks for the reply!
Hump.
PS. What did you get?

HB:

Check out this link.

http://www.ssnakess.com/forums/showt...threadid=51454

Call the numbers and follow through with the size of the box and weights taken on the animals, and any additional information you need like insurance and so on.

Its not hard can take up to 10 minutes but after you will know exactly the costs and details you need to know.

Enjoy.

Tony
