shed frequency and growth rate

how often do BCI's shed? i have had mine for just 6 weeks oir so now and she was sheeding when i bought her. she shed a week after i brought her home. already she is shedding again. i it normal for her to shed that close together or am i just too used to the slow rate of growth of BPs cu my bp only sheds every 2-3 months.

i picked her out at the reptile store in my area a month before i bought her, from that time til i bought her she hadn't really grown too much. since i have brought her home she has put on i'd say at least three inches or more. she was on live mice at the time, i since have switched her to fresh killed rats. i've heard rats can be like 'roids for boas but i really didn't expect her to grow this fast.

how much would you expect a boa to grow a month at approximately i think 6 months of age and eating a medium rat every 6 or 7 days?
