I've used both still air and thermal and have no probs with either! you should be all set, just use the hovabator as the heat source only and mix your incuabtion medium properly (your preference)!

heh - this may be a dumb question -but what would I use my incubator for other than a heat source?

What I mean is use it only as a heat source, not to try to control humidity inside the entire incubator! Control the humidity inside seperate containers inside the incubator! Hope this helps
