Maybe new ATB coming, looking for cage advice, please

I got a line on male ATB, now I just need to build an enclosure.

Would one of those new Exo Terras be big enough? 18x18x24?

Seems small. One other option would be an old upright entertainment stand, measurements 20x20x27H not alot bigger, but noticable.

I could make a melamine or lexan enclosure from scratch if the above options are not big enough. Any thoughts?

Oh a couple of after thought questions.

Would a mister work well for a tree boa? Something that ran 10-15 minutes once or twice a day? To keep the humidity up and to give the snake those little water dropplets to drink? I love the "realistic jungle" type vivs so I don't blowing the cash to make it look good and make it as comfortable as possible for the ATB.
