I didnt like it. The story line was a bit confusing. the only parts I like were:
In the beginning when yoko was pulled into the ceiling by lady/girl thing LOL
Basicly when every person died.
This was actually funny to me, but you know the sound the lady/girl thing made, while they were in the office building?.
And when thye work person found yoko....lol without the jaw

I agree with PeterM.......craptacular :P
In fact, the only horror movie I've seen that was worse than the Grudge was the first Jeepers Creepers.
And yes, I am a scary move fanatic too

I cannot BELIEVE I am seeing people comparing the Grudge to Jeepers Creepers... this definitely makes me a sad panda. 
I think you guys should at LEAST check out the 1st or 2nd original Japanese versions. IMO the 2nd is spookier. I won't give up hope

Most people thinks it's bad because it's different. The movies made in Japan have a different style then ones done in North America here. I thought it pretty good. It was just different then what I'm used to in a horror movie. If you had grown up in Japan believing in those stories behind the movie it would scare the heck out of you.

Wow, am I ever going against the grain here. I LOVED this movie. I thought it was creepy as all hell, and I liked that there was no gore - I love conceptual horror.
