Freaked the FRICK outta me.....
Almost pulled a McRobbie! LOL!
Pulled the bin out to see if this female albino boa had completed her shed so I could feed her. Sure enough, she had finished and was just WAITING for me! Zoomed right past my hand and WAILED the rat just 2 inches beside it on the tongs. Insane. From now on, I use the hook to open this rack up! LOL!
At least I get to take a pic of a snake I've never photographed before, LOL!

The exact same thing happened to my Jeff only it was at chest height so I damn near got it in the face. Brady Barr style. That snake is usually calm too. Needless to say it further down now about waste height. Wait a sec that might not be the best idea either.......... TB

Sweet boa Jeff! I still haven't got nailed by a boa over 4' yet (knock on wood)!!! Has that boa been watching Red Green, looks like a roll of duct tape in there with her.

It does look like duct tape, but i think it is a small plastic container with a hole cut in the lid.

Thanks alot Jeff!!!
Not 5 minutes after reading this post. (2 minutes ago)
I went into my snake room to see if there was any wild-monkey dancin' going down, and I went to change the water in one of my female surinams enclosure, and the little (or big, depends how you look at it) B%$@# tagged me on the wrist. She has never shown any aggression at all before and I just fed her 3 jumbo rats yesterday, so she shouldn't still be hungry. Wasn't too bad, she let go right away but her tooth took a second to come out of my wrist. Surprised me though. My hearts a poundin' now. So either you jinxed me or she's pi$$ed at me about the Avril thing too. LOL : )

Four drops. one for each tooth! The one that was stuck in there was bleeding a bit more. I've had baby balls draw more blood. It was more the surprise of it. I already told her that she's going to be paying for any touch-ups to the tattoos though! : )
-edit to avoid double post-
Nice Albino by the way. Do you or anyone else on here know if anyone has or is working on an Albino BCC project? I read awhile ago about someone breeding an albino BCI to a BCC to try and get some going but that's just not right. I want a PURE BCC albino.
