Has anyone ever heard of an albino dumerils or any kind of morph?

Why not? If you live in the US I know a few places you can get Dum's

i have heard of someone working with hypo dums. i think it was "classic dums", linked off of the other site.

Actually I have heard of an albino dumeril in Europe, however I have never seen a picture of this elusive animals, nor have I heard of a successfull mating from this male.

there are tons of dumeril morphs in europe. Thats the spot you should be looking if you're REALLY looking for dumeril morphs!! ( german on the site posted by SerpentLust, great link!! ).
