Some might say that's too long to be a name and my daughter has decided to call him Ryan for some reason but whatever his name is I like him! LOL
Thanks to Paul at Bighill Reptiles for once again going out of his way to get this little guy and his sister (who wouldn't sit for a picture) out to me and to Dr. Mo for producing such pretty, clean boas.
He's opaque right now but I don't think he'll ever look dull.
Hope you like him because I have a feeling I'm going to get a bit camera happy with these guys. LOL

Nice boa and great name for him! That's my second favorite Outkast song, next to Crumblin' 'Erb. I had a snail once named after a song, he was Mr. Barbeque, cuz the song was on while I was trying to think of a name!

Thanks everyone, we really like the look of these guys, they have some colours that seem to defy my ability to photograph them, but isn't that always the case with boas?
Humphrey,
I'm glad someone got the Outkast reference because I had no intention of explaining it myself. LOL
I figured that I would give him a name that reflected the inherent foolishness of naming a creature that will never respond to it, gotta love anthropomorphism. I almost feel like a bad parent by allowing the animals to be named at all but what the hell. lol!

If your a bad parent, I'm a bad parent too. I've got names for all of mine! except they respond, you must be doing something wrong over there! : )
