I was wondering what type of paper work people used to keep records on their animals. I know that I can just write it down in a binder, however, I would like to be a little more organized. If someone could share their paper work or point out where I might be able to find some, please let me know!

I made my own spreadsheets in word. I would like to re-do them in exel but I am too lazy ATM, I think I am in mid Brumation right now I can't wait for the spring !!!

I use the feeding charts from work, I got lucky

All you really need is a space that says the date, food item, whether it ate or not, and a section for notes (so if it sheds or not, or when rodents are removed the next day and not eatin)

I consider keeping records in a binder very organized. If for some reason the pages weren't kept in order or the pages got ripped and then they get lost. THAT would be disorganized. It all depends on how YOU keep it. Right now I keep records of a few animals. I keep track of when I had aquired the animal, sheds and feedings. A binder works well for me . I prefer the hardcopy method because if something ever happened to your computer then all your records on spreasheet could be gone.

I would like to print out spread sheets and keep them in a binder.

You can make a 'template' on spread sheet of a feeding chart and make it like Bartman explained. That way you can save that template and print it out as often as you need it. IMO you don't even need to do this on a spread sheet. It could be easier for you to use MS Word or anything similar to that where you are able to make tables.

I use paper print-outs for the running records in my room. Once those sheets are full I put the data into my Excel record sheet (backed-up on a floppy) and start a new print-out page.

EDIT: This is an abbreviated version of the basic template. Normally I have a lot more room for feeding/weighing.

At the top of the sheet I have info about the snake and it's acquisition. I record the species, the number (order of acquisition within the species), the sex, the birth year, the breeder, the date of acquisition, and the price. I record weights every week and weigh each feeder. I take other notes (sheds, poops, regurges and whatever else) at the bottom.

My long term sheets have only a date and action. I've thought about simplifying the short-term sheets but don't feel the need and I like the quick tracking of meal mass to snake mass.

Of course there are a million ways to keep records; this is just mine.

I use my Pocket PC, I have indidual files for each animal. I keep track of their feeding schedule and weight. I just put the date beside the action that took place on any certian day.
