basking for hours

my rtb had been basking for hours and he appears to of started a shed


is there any reason why he is basking for so long

It could possibly be to cold...if the temps are right then id say its totally normal.

Keep checking for mites, sometimes their so small you cant seem them until they mature into adults. I had the same problem and didnt see them until a few days later. Keep an eye out.
